Germaine Tailleferre was a French composer and the only female member of the group of composers known as Les Six.
This is a chance to hear her rarely performed Harp Concertino. This is followed by Mahler’s wonderful Symphony no.4 with part for soprano in the last movement. The conductor is Rebecca Miller, well known for her electrifying and inspired performances.
