Regents Opera present a concert with no singers (!). In their tradition of presenting very large works, it doesn’t get much bigger than the Strauss Alpine Symphony! Their lead cellist Alison Holford plays the Walton Cello Concerto, and, as this is in aid of their upcoming Ring Cycle, they include Wagner’s joyous Overture to Act 3 of Lohengrin.
